Alan's technical notes: We were confronted by a new mixing desk, which we sussed-out out (largely), but obviously didn't get everything right, as there was some odd misbalancing, with different performers twice as loud on one channel than the other. This, however, made for some interesting stereo. Michal seemed to have a dodgy lead, which led to some snaps and him cutting out on one channel in some places. For some misbalanced parts I used my special technique of copying selected frequencies from one channel to the other, thus restoring a stereo image. The mysterious buzz from my Zoom effects and (I presume) Chris's Theremin, didn't prove to be that much of a problem, except you my detect a little low-level noise in some quiet sections.
